 Fees

Please contact our office on 07 5445 7515 for current fees.

Invoices

Invoices are emailed each term prior to school holidays and full payment is due by the end of the second week of term. Hard copy of invoices are available upon request. There are four terms each year. Invoices include Attendance Fees, Theatre/Incursion levy, and Building Fund Donation.

Enrolment Fees, Portfolio fee, and Membership Fees are included in the first invoice only.

Association Membership Fee

The Range Community Kindergarten is a community-operated facility, and is a not-for-profit incorporated association registered with the Office of Fair Trading. Enrolled families are required to be association members.

Building Fund Donation

Donations to the Building Fund are sought to cover the costs associated with maintaining the Kindergarten buildings. It is in place to meet contingency needs. Your voluntary contribution helps to develop and preserve your community’s Kindergarten for your family and for the families who follow you in the future. Donations to the Building Fund are tax deductible, as are all gifts of $2 or more. Receipts for inclusion in your annual tax return lodgement are issued when term fees have been paid in full.

Payment options

We request full payment by the due date.  If you choose to make regular payments instead, we offer fee payment through an external company.

Refunds

Refunds are given at the Committee's discretion.  These fees will only be refunded upon the Kindy receiving two weeks written notice of your child/children leaving The Range Community Kindergarten.

Health Care Card/ Pension Card

A rebate on fees is possible if you hold a health care card of pension card and your child meets the target-age requirement.  Please contact our office with any question regarding your eligibility.

Payment difficulties

If you are having difficulties paying, please contact our administration on 07 5445 7515 before the account becomes overdue.
