Kindy Yoga


Weekly Yoga sessions based on animal role-play are a valuable part of our curriculum. These are facilitated by a fabulous kindy mum.


Yoga is a great way for the children to develop strength and suppleness, improve physical coordination and mental concentration, as well as increasing self-awareness and self-confidence. With practice, yoga can help to calm and relax by encouraging moments of quiet and stillness.
